How do you measure the battery capacity on a Samsung?

I just bought a"New" 2020 s20FE, which has an original capacity of 4500mAh

Using Accubattery app shows the  capacity to be approx  3500mAh now. Some people say accubattery is more like inaccubattery.

Samsung members app should show the capacity, but that app says it is not supported in this region(9). it is an american import.

Is there some way (vpn?) i can change the region, or another app to measure the capacity now?

Also- does the battery capacity change, if the new phone is stored for 3 years or so?

Probably, depends how charged it was when they put it into storage and how it was stored.

Accubattery needed several days (well into double digits) before it was giving accurate figures on my last phone. Including running it down to (nearly) flat and charging to 100% without interruption.
