No chavved out Corsas or run ins with da Fedz over speeding I'm afraid. Can anyone recommend me a Solicitor in the Solihull/Warwickshire area to sort our conveyancing?
Criteria are;
Not ridiculously priced
Calls back when they say they will
Moves at a reasonable pace
I realise I may be subject to Keith Bontragers First Law with this one but any recommendations would be gratefully received.
I can offer 1 small nugget of advice, don't go with an online conveyancer.
The money you save will be lost in frustration at the ****tery you'll encounter. Cheap, but definitely not cheerful. Wouldn't have paid them if there was any way I could have and still got the keys.
I am a sample of one admittedly.

To counter brassneck, I used an online one a couple of years ago and it was half the price and at least as quick as the bricks and mortar one I used previously...
