I don't understand what the question is?
The puzzle is to loop the string through a buttonhole on a piece of clothing and then challenge someone to remove it without cutting the string.
It's easy when you know how it's done. Google it and I'm sure there'll be YouTube videos

That has got to be the easiest puzzle ever.
