The lads are planning a trip to Amsterdam. To add some legitimacy we are planning to cycle from the Hook of Holland.
Any tips on a place to stay for 6 lads and bikes. We were thinking campsite lodges?
Any recommendations for memorable alternatives to visiting coffee shops - Possibly actually using the bikes?

Look up Stayokay hostels if that's your budget or preference. A nice itinerary might be Hook-Dordrecht including a couple of hours in Rotterdam, Dordrecht-Utrecht, and Utrecht-Amsterdam. The castle Hostel at Heemskerk is awesome, and an easy train ride out of Amsterdam. Then you could come back to Hook along the coast or via the Kuekenhof and Haarlem.
Stayokay hostels have excellent bars with half-price happy hours every night and La Trappe Triple on draught when I went last.
