Every now and again the Amazon app on my phone sends me a suggestion, which are wildly inaccurate. So.om seriously wandering how their CRM software works.
Just now I was sent a deal for dog biscuits and as I'm neither a dog or own one seems bonkers.

Not very well. I don't get irrelevant suggestions, just no longer relevant. If I buy a screen protector for my phone, the subsequent week consists mainly of screen protector suggestions. New TV bought and delivered? "Look at all these TVs we have available". Dashcam bought for the car = "have you seen these great dashcam offers that we're going to show you for the next 28 days?"
Absolutely hopeless.
Have you contacted them and explained why you think you're getting a ruff deal?

If there's one company I'd expect to know more than anyone else in the world about targetted advertising and product recommendations.. well let's just say it's not the likes of you lot.. 🙂
How many dog biscuit sales does it take to build a rocket?
I eat dog biscuits. Not just for dogs you know. 😋
