If a book used to be carried by Amazon at around the RRP, but now no longer is, and is instead advertised as available only through secondary sellers at a hugely inflated price, does that mean the book has probably sold out of its print run?

try abebooks.co.uk - they often have books, new and used, cheaper than amazon marketplace
