Just curious, has anyone got this to work for albums?
I have tried on a couple of different computers/connections (inc firefox and IE) and so has a friend on a different pc/setup. Both of us have given up on it as more trouble than its worth, as we both get a wide variety of error messages and no mp3s or an insistance the download is complete but no files exist anywhere on the pc, let alone where they should be. The advice from Amazon (over multiple days/attempts) has been useless and has resulted each attempt in refunds and giving up. Any better for you?

I tried the Play.com system the other day and at least that one works.
