For some reason I don't seem to be able to select Amazon lockers for collection or return.
I've been a Prime member for ages.
Looked at the online help but it's not very helpful.......
Am I missing something?
When I try and locate a locker it can't find one - despite me being able to see one from the office window and there being one in the foyer of the gym I go to.....
Is there some secret handshake or suchlike required to be able to have the use of these facilities??
From what I remember just searching for it brings up the list. Are you sure they are Amazon lockers as opposed to one of the random other offerings?
Try their chat help to see if they can explain it. Few times I have had to use it has been fairly effective.
Some times lockers are full and sometimes certain items cannot be delivered to a locker.

You can still choose the locker though. Just when you try and save it tells you nope.
Only items fulfilled by Amazon can be delivered to a locker.
I love the Amazon lockers, I only buy things now that can be picked up from there. When searching I just filter items that are Prime eligible and it tells you next to item whether or not it can be clicked and collected. If it can't find one for you then it must be broke because I can even see the ones that are full or otherwise not available, I just can't confirm them as my delivery address.
Thanks chaps.
Looks like you have to preselect as one of your delivery addresses - just worked out how to do it.
Annoyingly both of the ones I want to use are full lol
Never seen one, how do they work, random entry code which changes with each user?

Changes with each delivery, notified by text and email. Solves the problem of "nobody at home and incompetent work mailroom".
Just had a look online, nearest one is 40 miles away, which explains why I've not seen one....

Even working from home I generally find it easier. Since there is one five mins walk away and I dont have to keep an eye out for ninja delivery men who try to sneak the "you were out" note through the door and escape without being noticed.

We have lockers in town but the Spar round the corner takes them as well. Lockers can be quicker delivery but if I'm not in a rush i just get them from the shop.
