Just in case anyone has tried downloading a Kindle book from their Amazon App on iPad - d'Ohh!!!!

They removed that option a while back as Apple wanted a cut from "in app" revenue. You can buy directly from the Amazon site and it will appear in the kindle app.

This has been the case for eighteen months, to two years. It's hardly a problem, unless you're [i]really[/i] lazy, and totally averse to having to click a couple of extra items.

Oh okay, I've never used anything Apple but got an iPad 4 recently and finding it tricky on silly things like this for example!
