Perhaps its from working on a site with a very tall silo block in the middle of Liverpool, I have often had to spend hours out on the roof making sure the Vodafone engineers don't kill people.
So you tend to get good at spotting odd things 😉 Until a few years ago the police used to use our rooftop for surveillance ops.
