apologies for long winded thread.
i pre ordered cyberpunk 2077 for original xbox one and as some might know on release the game has a few issues running on the system.
anyhoo on saturday 12th dec i requested a refund from xbox and was promptly denied with no reason given. i felt justified in asking for the refund as it was well within 14 days (and the fact also that no footage or gameplay of xb1,ps4 gameplwy shown or allowed before release).
well numerous emails to customer support,twitter customer support was met with no response from them whatsoever (i even emailed phil spencer xbox head about my grieviences but no response again).
i was getting more fed up by customer support (or lack of it/blanking us) and sent them more twitter posts asking for the refund and why they don't reply to my questions but silence from them.
anyways guess what after sony offering refunds microsoft have now done the same. great you would think.
except i cannot apply for a refund as i was denied by them and option on refund page says denied when i try and choose it.
have been trying to contact them on twitter but you guessed it they are blanking us still.
am fed uo with then but am hell bent on getting my £50.00 even more now.
apologies for the long winded rant but just hsd to vent tbh.

Just issue County Court Proceedings. Use Moneyclaim on line. Serve them on the company, at some HQ somewhere who wont know what do do, where to pass them, or acknowledge them.
Seek judgement in default after 28 days.
After a little while of no money, seek to enforce the judgement. Cue scenes of unpleasant men turning up and taking their office equipment away whisl't someone at head office tries to find a corporate credit card to pay not only the refund, the Court Issue fee and the baliffs costs. Be about £4-500 by yhe time you finished. That happening over and over again might make more impact.

We had a free trial of game pass ultimate once and now can't seem to get out of it. Last time we tried to renew live gold it forced me into more game pass...
That's all just lapsed and I'm now going to try and put 13 months of live gold on it again, **** knows if it'll actually let me. I don't even use the bloody thing!!

well i finally got the refund after ringing the number drac posted (didn't have a phone until today as my last phone er met with an accident).

CDPR have said they'll refund directly if MS / Sony are being obstructive.
