Listed a quite expensive leather jacket on Ebay.

Contacted by buyer from Czech - member since 2009 with a small but clean 100% feedback for a number of different items. Some of the items are by the same manufacturer as the jacket Diesel. So it would appear he likes Diesel clothing.

Contacted me to ask how much to send - told him I would only send international signed for. At a cost of £25.00 giving me £250 compensation the jacket is on sale and would sell for £200.00.

So if he pays through Paypal and has a verified Paypal address and I send international signed for insured, where could I get stung ?

Because as I look at it

A. Conclude the transaction through Paypal so would appear to be covered by them as long as he has a verified postal add.I think.

B. Should the jacket get lost in the post - covered by Royal Mail insured to £250

C. Signature in Czech which should only be from the person im sending to

Am I missing anything ?

You're missing the bit where he says that jacket is not as described, starts a paypal dispute and gets a refund without sending your jacket back.
