You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
My Fitbit needs replacing as the battery doesn't last more than a day anymore. I really like the idea of Whoop to track recovery but it seems very overpriced at £24 a month. I keep overtraining so would like something to help track heart rate and recovery as its main function. I don't need the other watch functions. Is there a cheaper alternative wrist band?
I looked into a Whoop recently but I think all optical HR sensors are pretty inaccurate and inconsistent.
Whilst tracking resting HR etc is a good idea I’m yet to find a device that does the job well.
It’s all well and good having fancy metics and all singing and dancing apps but if they’re relying on inaccurate HR data from the off then I think they’re a little bit flawed.
