The people that send us our invoices say that they can't put them into alphabetical order.
I reckon just they can't be bothered. If I can sound intelligent and tell them how to do it , I reckon they just might.
Alternatively is there a magic gubbins that can put printed invoices in order?

btw, If it's a pdf, can you not just search the pdf for the code you are looking for?
Shouldn't be too tricky to put it into excel. Very easy if its a pdf, a bit trickier from an image but not that hard these days with ocr

It might just paste into excel as a list of separate items. If not excel has import options to use spaces, carriage returns, etc as delimiters for each item.It depends how the OCR has made the document
Do you actually need it in order once you've converted it to searchable words?
Yep we want to be able to print out the delivery note in order so we can check that all the stock arrives.
