Does anyone know of a number you can use that would actually get a person on the end of the phone?
Have an online account but the wife needs a tax statement from them, last year no problem, this year, continuous press option this, press option that automation!!
Vert frustrating, she just wants to talk to a real person.
Hopefully someone will be able to help.

The above that GrahamS suggested works with most automated numbers.. But I always ignore putting any kind of information in when asked to input.. the 'puter then defaults to a call centre..
