Had to go and collect Mrs M from A&E just before Christmas. You know how the story goes. Girls Christmas party ends in A&E except she went into Anaphylactic Shock after the first course at the restaurant. She has been waiting since then to get an appointment at Derriford some 50 miles away and they cancelled at short notice the day before the appointment this week for an unspecified amount of time.
There are lots of food allergy testers advertising online for this area but looking for a proper scientific way of getting her tested. We think its seafood and specifically certain Thai Fish Sauce that the restaurant uses.
Any suggestions or recommendations that are not pendulum or kinesiology based?
