I'm far from a tech wizard to say the least and my experience with website copiers has always produced frustrating results when forums are involved ..something to do with the layering perhaps?

I've no idea. In any case, as I said, nothing has been lost because I can still see it. Taking your own personal mirror of the entire site is perhaps a little premature at this point.
All mine gone too. Also noticed the stickies for the forum have gone, (jennride and ‘our forum’) as has the link to the old wanted forum (for sale still remains)

I don't think we need the rest of the forum going "me too" now, I think at this point it's safe to assume it's site-wide for regular users. If you notice any other oddness though (above and beyond the regular oddness) then please yell.

Might not be relevant (or part of an intentional change) but the links at the top of each thread have changes for me - can't remember exactly what it was before, but it's definitely different.
One other odd thing I've noticed since yesterday is when I select a thread to view on my android phone it often diverts to a different thread. STW has more site oddities than I've experienced anywhere else on the web!

I see just the JennRide sticky. The "Our forum" sticky is no longer there.
While I was poking about in the Profile settings, I tried playing with the privacy settings. Something's a bit odd there too... I denied the facebook pixel, and now have no other way to verify or review privacy settings other than delete the account 😉 (not a massive issue for me, since I have a "naughty app" with a specific crafted rule that blocks all access to facebook pixel anyway 😉
