Which album is favourite at the moment? I'm listening to western stars by Bruce springsteen and its really quite good.
I'm quite enjoying Moon Safari. It's in the car CD slot and if I don't connect my phone that's what comes on so I'm getting it in short 20 minute bursts on local runs!
I’m loving the latest from The Allergies - Say The World
Cure - Disintegration
The Cult - Sonic Temple
Estrons keeps going on when I’m driving.
Also Right Hand Left Hand’s album called Zone Rouge is awesome.
Matador- Gaz Coombes
Dressed to Chill by Marion Meadows. Smooth jazz on CD for WFH.
Although I must confess to listening to Now 27 on cassette (remember them?) as I type!
Murder capital 'when I have fears' when relaxing.
Queen adreena 'Butcher and the butterfly' when im in the gym.
Sault - Untitled (Black Is)
Coriky - Coriky
Queen adreena ‘Butcher and the butterfly’ when im in the gym.
Quality choice!
My current go-to is Sodom's M16
Nice to see I'm not the only one on an Allergies trip Funkmaster.
The new one (Get out of your mind) by Ten Foot Wizard is good too.... groovy.
Home - Hania Rani. It only arrived yesterday...
Before that it was Symphony No 4: Los Angeles - Arvo Pärt.
All the albums I’ve bought recently, some are downloads, most are CD’s.

The new one (Get out of your mind) by Ten Foot Wizard is good too…. groovy.
They are brilliant and having Andy Cooper from UD guesting again just tops it off. Thanks for the recommendation, will check Ten Foot Wizard out.
New stuff?
The Jetstream Pony album, and the Jarv Is… one.
Old stuff?
Dusted, When We Were Young, and A Certain Ratio, Box.
Sleep on the Wing - Bibio.
A local lad whose vibe puts me in mind me mind (in a very good way) of Nick Drake. Chanced upon it on Tidal, and found relaxing summer folky music for fraught distracting times.
The Streets. The new album and other bits. So much of it makes me lolz 😀
The song below with a classic lyric;
Philosophy and history
Kant said, "To be is to do"
Nietzsche, "To do is to be"
Frank Sinatra, "Doo-bee-doo"
Chain Whip
The Cult - Pure Cult
On repeat in the car. 3 days so far and the volume is creeping up each day.
A Western Circular by Wilma Archer.
The Polish Ambassador - Pushing Through the Pavement
Most enjoyable.
A Hold Steady live album for one of the London shows I went to last year. Fantastic, and I'm reasonably sure you can hear me singing along tunelessly during Slapped Actress.
City of Sin - The Dutty Moonshine Big Band.
Awesome and highly recommended if you like that kinda thing 😁
Here’s a lockdown version of one of the tracks

Having a bit of a Steely Dan binge at the moment
Jon Hopkins - Singularity, the new one from Thundercat, anything by the Clash, Daniel Avery - Love and Light.
I’m not very good at albums cos I just listen to shit loads of stuff.
One that surprised me recently was the Nadine Shah one.. Really good.
The unfortunately named, Jockstrap mini album ‘Wixked City’ is the other doing the rounds on my ipod.
+1 Jockstrap EP but with the annoying negapositive ie left me wanting more.
Alabama 3, Hits and exit wounds is my go to at the moment. Saw them live a couple of years ago and they're possibly the best live act I've ever seen.
