What are they like then ? Thinking of buying an Air Fryer to fry marinated fish, prawns and apparently they do good baked potatoes...

Any recommendations ? How oftern do you use your or is it stashed in the cupboard for the last year.

Use ours regularly. Not tried baked spuds, but have managed to do proper chips in it - chop up spuds, use a spray oil or sprinkle olive oil on. They do take quite a while though, looking at about 30 minutes. Regularly shake them, and top up with a little oil.
Good for sausages, all the fat ends up in the bottom of the pan.

Ours gets a lot of use and will definitely be replaced - it nearly was for a shiny new one last month, but we decided it still functions, so . . .

It was originally bought for making arancini, but is used for all sorts - oven chips do well, as do baked potatoes, any pie type things that need warming, part baked bread, or for warming/crisping baked goods. It does a good job of roasting veg - peppers come out looking char-grilled.

Stashed in a cupboard for most of the year ..like the idea of them but most things take twice as long and when I'm hungry ..I'm hungry !
