Morning all,

Just bought a used air compressor and a brand new tool kit.

The tools I've bought are

http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/power-tools/compressors-generators-cement-mixers/compressors/JCB-7-Piece-Air-Compressor-Accessory-Set-12448589?skuId=12969295

The problem is the female quick coupling on the compressor seems to be a different size to the orange hose male coupling on the kit above?

Is there different sizes?

Could anyone provide me with a link to a female quick coupling that I can fit to my compressor that will accept the above?

Thanks in advance

I had to take my Aldi bits to a air hose supplier to get the right one, they only had one, it was some German specific sizing on the compressor hose.

The shorter, wider ones are HVLP type connectors (they have a wider bore so better for high flow). http://www.screwfix.com/p/female-universal-connector-bsp-pack-of-5/87830

the longer, narrower type are PCL type: http://www.screwfix.com/p/female-connector-bsp-pack-of-5/66114

The HVLP type you often get on cheap stuff has a horrible chrome plating that peels off and sticks in your finger. The screwfix ones seem pretty decent.
