Still brilliantly written with a great cast that doesn’t try to be anything other than a great comedy. Plenty of laugh out loud moments interspersed with real dust in the eyes moments. Top marks Mr Gervais.
Language is disgraceful 🙂
It's bloody brilliant!
Yes pretty good. Didn't need a sequel at all. But hey ho.
This series has better cinematography.
Slightly too much reliance on the word ****. Impact is diminished.
But other than that - very funny.
Not as good as the first, I kind of think thats one they should have just left, as much as I enjoyed the first one. I still binged it by friday lunch.
It was all very well written and genuinely funny but just felt it tried a bit too hard for humour where the first one just felt more natural, and the reliance on swearing in unrealistic situations took a bit away from the whole thing. All felt a bit less honest if thats the right word.
Still great though 👍
We binged it as well. Fantastically told story which is something that seems to be missing from a lot of TV these days.
Excellent news. The first was a surprise hit and didn't want to ruin that by watching the second one if it was pants
I've never watched it but it was filmed in my town and This scene (1 minute in) was filmed 3 houses up from me
I was walking past with the dogs and Gervais made a big thing about coming over and stroking them
Only seen the first episode, the 100yr old 😂😂😂
Where is it filmed?
If you like this, "Up Right" with Tim Minchin might go down well
@pigface series 1 was filmed in Hemel Hempstead old town and Hampstead
I think series 2 was the same as well
