Pondering a trip away next year and fancy Africa as I've never been, but trying to keep to a budget. Not knowing a great deal is Morrocco the obvious choice? Any other destinations in Africa / the world I should consider?
Fancy South America but the flights are expensive. Not a beach bum holiday or out and out adventure.
Tunisia - Astonishing country. Go.
The Gambia with Gambia Experience.
Senna-Gambia is nice Hotel.
Hire a cheapy car and do the Garden Route in SA - did it on honeymoon last year and on a budget.... Great scenery, loadsa cheap places to stay and you can eat out every night for £5. And you can smoke in the pubs!!
Morocco is also great, loads of articles in the mag, good food, riding, whats not to like? Need more info, pm me....
Cuba £399 return
Morocco is fantastic but I imagine plenty of other places are as well. My GF love Namibia and the Otovanga (sp?) delta in Botswana. My little sister is currently living in Kenya, she's been there for nearly 2 years so I assume it's alright.
Northern africa is very different from the rest. It's a bit like saying I fancy a holiday to Europe, Africa is a big place and very diverse.
We did a tour with adventure travel through Morocco. Was excellent but a little tiring because of the amount of travelling. Is a good way to see the country as we stayed with locals and had local guides.
Have a look through a travel company like Exodus, even if that sort of thing doesn't float your boat it will at least give you some inspiration
