Evening, I'm currently looking of for some roof bars for my van, and have no clue as to what's good and what's crap!
I've had a search on Google and I'm struggling to find any decent reviews on any thing.
The two that have cought my eye are, rhino bars, and the ulti bars. Any one any experience with either of these?
It will mostly be used for ladders, and our canoe.
Cheers for any info.

Cheers bookwyse, do you think I would get away with using two or three bars? Or do you think four is best?

i have the full frame Rhino bars on mine with a single ladder roller. The ladder roller is an excellent addition. the sides of the rack also have a few anchorage points.

You would get away with two but look adding canoes would be a pita. Three enable me to slide them on fairly easily and then lock them to the middle far.

Four is overkill really but as mines a LWB crewvan it means I can carry anythingi can get in the back on the roof.

I`ll get some pics of them later.
I think they are Thule type, but fairly low profile and fit on the proper mounting points.
There are 3 of them too

I've got some rhino bars for sale too. 4 bars, aero front, rear ladder roller. £120? Good condition. Useful if you're anywhere near Sheffield?
Email in profile if interested.
