Can anyone advise please. I ordered an item for my Mum which unfortunately didn't fit and its been returned (by them to the retailer). Who phoned them yesterday to tell them that they don't do refunds.
I'm obviously a tiny bit annoyed by this, what should I say when I phone up the retailer, or better yet when I walk into their flagship store in central London on Monday afternoon (as I have 2 meetings in the area that day).
