[Closed] "Adventure" type holidays?

Hi all,

So been looking into doing a Europe roadtrip this summer, however, a mate just sent me this, and it looks amazing;

Basically, a semi-organised 3500km rally across India in a rickshaw, over 2 weeks.

However, it looks like it could get pretty expensive, and it would mean missing a bit of uni.

So, any pointers towards other similar-ish (maybe not quite as epic) semi-organised holidays, which are around £2k all in, and somewhere within last 2 weeks of August/first 2 weeks of September?

That same company does the Mongol rally which looks ace, but it is in July, and would also be pretty pricey.
