They are two separate aircraft (and are owned by different companies:

However, the first one is transmitting as ADSB (giving ID, location and flight stats) while the second one is transmitting as MLAT (giving ID, but requiring multilateration from multiple receivers to ascertain the position.
This is why they / it is not showing identical positions....
Possibly the aircraft transponder is mode s, but the pilot is carrying a portable device such as a skyecho that he has forgotten to set the registration up on...
