Just read this from Ars-Technica; ADSB-Ex has been sold to a private equity company - start composing your conspiracy theories now.

Yes.

I feed to ABSB-Exchange, and FlightAware and FlightRadar (I feel really bad about the last one).
But ABSB-Ex haven't started hiding aircaft and I don't know who to feed to instead.

And Airframes is well klunky :/

That's a shame. I also have a Flight Radar subscription but much prefered ADSB-EX.

Mmm, I was about to cancel my Flightradar24 subs and thought I might donate to adsb as they have a request popup. might try FlightAware, but my main motivation was looking out for unusual movements in and out of Doncaster, which is now closed.

@midlifecrashes
ADSB-EX is still best for that.

I started feeding to ADSB-Ex because by feeding MLAT data I increased the coverage north of Stirling for low-level private (and military) aircraft. MLAT needs a fix with 4 receivers to give a location and it's satisfying to be that 4th receiver.
Have also had occasions where I've been the only ADSB receiver on air ambulances etc.

I run a receiver using a Raspberry Pi and an aerial in the garden. Total cost was less than £100, including the Pi etc. ADSB-EX has a simple how-to guide on their website. Feeding to FlightRadar gives me pro membership.
