This has come up at work as probably a good idea (for the whole team). However, employer doesn’t (currently) offer it. Anyone able to recommend third party training? Thanks all!

For those, like me, who had not heard of this before.
In a work context it's less likely to be physically threatening behaviour creating a risk to self, more likely inappropriate language, harassment, etc. but the concept's the same; if you let it go unchallenged then you've kind of accepted it (that's the active part)
I can ask at work tomorrow where our course comes from, but looks like content is pretty well defined and the same from most providers, comes down to the quality of the trainers and/or course material - videos, etc.

We shot some films for the NHS for this a while back.
Let me see if they're in the public domain.
I guess our films are somewhere on this course but it looks like it's free for some public services.

I had to Google it as well. I'm not aware we have courses like this but we have got hot on reporting "low level behaviours", despite which our bullying and harassment scores in the staff survey are still higher than they should be.
Thanks all!
Having spoken to a colleague from another organisation who suggested having a look at defence organisation offerings, and mine offers it, so that’s my solution.
