We're pondering getting it for the office. What's it like in the real world? inparticular what's the nonstop option like with things such as Kaspersky/Norton et al? Will it try and backup my .pst every five mins?

I've used version 8 to 10 and have always been very impressed with it, though I've tended to use it for pure backup images when I fix ppl's computers , so I can bring it back to the state I gave it to them in or pre a rebuild so we can extract missing data from the image lost during the rebuild. We used Norton Enterprise AV at work and it didn't have any issues with it
Not had any large issues with it for this type of use.
Have loaded the later version with the incremental backup's and not had any complaints from the users, it backups up the changes on a scheduled day of the week, so isn't too intrusive.
