Apparently I have it, which is why I limp like bastard in the morning, can no longer wear boots etc etc
And have had for 15 or so years.
In the mornings it fels like my achillies is going to snap ...
Any advice ?? What shoudl I be doing?

If you've had it for that long you've probably got some serious damage to the tendon and sheath. Probably not something a bit of rest and a few calf raises can sort out. Go see your GP.
yeah I have the same problem, brought on by bad snowboard boots/technique and never really recovered, bit worried that my heels are so sore before the season has even arrived this year...
Got it in the one forearm and it's proving a bitch to get rid of!!!
