I've had an ACDF 8 weeks ago. There's a bit of myopathy.
The NHS have given me one physio session and told me a couple of exercises I should do. That's it.
I've no reason to think one meeting with a physio is not adequate, however, will I get much benefit from paying for a handful of private physio sessions?
Is there some qualification I need to look for to be sure I'm seeing someone who knows about this specific situation?
Many thanks in advance.

the benefit is in the exercises. NOT in the sessions
