We’d like to go up to the Nevis Range for a couple of nights, probably a Friday and Saturday night. 6 minimum, more likely to be 10 or 12 of us, a mixed group, hoping to do Blue Doon and Top Chief. Has anyone got recommendations for somewhere to stay, reasonably local, a 20 / 30 minute drive away would be fine? Oh, the date will probably be 13th or 20th October. Thanks.
What used to be the Lochyside Campsite, now the following link, might be worth checking out for your purposes. I'm very wary of campsites and tourist accommodation in general but this outfit are competent and seem to screen out the dickheads fairly well. I usually end up on the camping field prior to train/bus south at the end of a trip, but the lodges/pods might be what you're looking for.

Has Nevis Range not got it's own hotel these days?

Inchree Chalets are a little way south of Ft Bill, climbing club used to stay there each Feb. I'd think they've probably had a bit of a revamp since I last stayed there about 30 years ago. There was also a bunkhouse on site at that point, but I'm not seeing it on their website any more.
There's also a bunkhouse https://www.greycorrielodgebunkhouse.co.uk/ in Roy Bridge
Oh, and there's this a few miles further up towards Invergarry. Former SYHA, now independently run

We used to always stay in the Smiddy Bunkhouse in Ft. Bill when going snowboarding at Nevis.
Not fancy, but great views and it was cheap.
We used Smiddy bunkhouse, and were very happy with our choice. I think we are a party of 8 guys.
