Drilling holes to mount stud work, I've popped through the slab in a couple of places, weeks later I think I can see damp on the surface just beneath the stud
I was going to pull it all out and put silicon down, is there a better way.
Also recommendation for an anchor fixing type less than 100mm!

Liquid DPM would be the right product for that, it does need applied carefully following the manufacturer’s guidance though.
Thanks, think I was maybe unduly panicking as I've just found some pics and there was a dpm put down under the insulation and theres no way I went through that!

Just ensure all debris is cleared out of the hole before injecting the resin
You could probably get away with brown rawl plugs, add some grippfill to glue it down, depending on the situation, combine with a good interference fit (ie nice and tight) with the studs.
Tape a small piece of polythene down on the floor (seal along all the edges) where you think it might be damp. Leave for 24 hours, then lift to see if there's any dampness on the polythene.
