Anyone undertaking this journey on a daily basis? (Into Altens I might add.)

How long does it take you?

what time.

if you want to be there at 7am . no bother comfortable hour

if you want to be there at 7.30-9am - 2 hours + and more if theres an accident anywhere in the city. - you have to cross the dee which is a snarl point.

if youre leaving 3.30-4ish - same going back - after that it could be 2 hours + and more if theres an accident.

that said i know plenty folk who do it , most leave the house at 5.30 and leave the office at 3.30

I think I would be following that pattern of in by 0700 and away by 1600 at all costs.

Am looking at moving out of the city and into the shire. Alford is just beyond where I've drawn an imaginary line in terms of distance I'm willing to commute. Tillyfourie is about the furtherest for me.

Few boys here do it. Think it generally takes an hour with no real problems.

Prob add on 10-15 mins for getting upto altens on top of that.
