I have the full package movies sport etc ( except HD)
But I can not access the on demand box sets, do you need a HD subscription for this ? I hope not as I do not own an HD TV.
I am hoping a quick call will get them to switch it on for me,
Anybody know anything about it ? I am sure someone on here will.
I think you need a dongly box type thing from sky themselves
Thanks stox, I have the dongly thingy and can access on demand catch up and movies etc, it just will not let me watch the box sets
Reset your box, sometimes mine decides it doesn't want to play and can't use any sky plus features. A reset sorts it, takes about 10 mins. Just fully power it down manually, then unplug it for 30 seconds and restart
The box needs an internet connection for On Demand.
Ethernet or WiFi.
