from a desktop Flickr works well for me, just needs a couple of extra steps from mobile. (Follow the share and then just paste the BB code into here - no need for the IMG button.
After that dropbox public folder works OK just your using your own space

Nope it's not - not an issue for the OP on a mac though, for the android app share the pic then open it in the full page then the share is there. 1 extra step
