Yup, its not the blind adherence to procedure that gets me nor the supporting useless team leaders. It's the vindictive boot that gets put in after the interview is finished and the union rep is no longer privy to any discussion.
Not all of them are useless, no, but there is one in particular that I think it would be fair to say nobody would miss if she just never came to work one day, a bigger liar and vindictive cow never walked the earth.
