A good ride in the sun and wind to a local Remembrance Day parade, I’m chilling with a couple of beers in front of a huge fire in my local with the F1 to look forward to and then I get a text saying Amazon have delivered my King Crimson Thrak 40th Anniversary boxset. 12 CDs plus BluRay. Happy days.
No clue what that last bit means but the rest sounds good! Rain stopped here and sun out so I'll be going for a run this afternoon.

I do, it means a man who’s really into King Crimson! I have most of their recorded works, but the Thraak box set is a little beyond my meagre means, and sadly so are tickets for their recent gigs: they’re a band I got into in 1969 when I borrowed ‘In The Court Of The Crimson King’ from a mate at school, but I’ve never managed to see them live.
Other than that, today involved doing the monthly food shop, then raking up the leaves from my Acer, clearing up the horrid mess left by the goldfinches from the feeders in said tree, which gets stinky and revolting when wet, and chucking it all into the compost bin, which is now crammed full, then cleaning up the feeding area and food dishes for the hedgehogs.
Monthly food shop...tins and dried foods?
Or are you on a diet, or live on Rustlers?
Woke up late, took down (smashed) kids old little wooden house (made me briefly feel a bit nostalgic about how they'd grown etc) emptied shed, emptied and destroyed wood store, took shed down, rebuilt shed down on patio next to dirty sex pool, refilled again with essentials rest of stuff out of shed destined for skip, shed now half empty. Now need to extend deck and awaits summer house/new man cave to be delivered to go on deck. Wanted to go to local remembrance service but didn't make it so annoyed with ourselves for that.
Pizza now ordered so all in all a good day bar missing the memorial gardens.
