You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
What does it really mean to be successful? I think many of us have different ideas - happiness, health, wealth; all may feature in one way or another. But those of us that are parents or aspire to be parents - I think if we are successful in the eyes of our kids, that counts for a lot.
So - overheard on my way in to work this morning. A life lesson from a little lad, maybe 6 or 7 years old to his younger sister (and I don't know who Charlie is but I want to meet him)
"Charlie's really good on his bike. I mean REALLY good. He doesn't have stabilisers or anything!"
"Wow!" says little sister.
"And.....(says big brother)....and......HE CAN KICK HIS OWN BUTT!"
I have reset my expectations. I reckon I've got the first bit nailed, more or less. But I can't fathom how to kick my own butt?
(word of warning: kicking own butt may not impress teenage daughters as much as 5 and 6 year olds)
Hmmm.

But I can’t fathom how to kick my own butt?
