Doing the Turkish Get-Up, do you keep your eyes on the kettlebell throughout the whole exercise or focus forward when doing the standing section?

Follow the kettle bell, but maybe film yourself so you can make sure your form is still being maintained.

I usually check out my form in the mirror (gym), I have a bit of trouble with my knees so the section between sitting up & standing is a mild concern for me given the action involved. Don't fancy my knee locking out under strain & me dropping a 20kg weight on my nut so i've dropped down to a 16kg & the movement feels a lot more "natural"... gonna persevere with it for a while & try to build it up but it's not an ideal exercise for me on the whole - if you feel your form is off try dropping the weight slightly for a few reps & see if that helps, it did for me.

Just watched the youtube clip, mmm not sure, to begin with he's released the kb single handedly off his chest.

The trouble I have is there are differing versions of how to do the lunging section this shows you watching the bell through the standing section, whereas youtube has eyes forward or follow the bell.

Form over weight every time.
