Suspect you'll have done this already but if not then worth getting the YMCA to share/circulate along with any local Council/Partnership organisations liaising with the 3rd sector groups locally as that would reach a number of organisations who would then forward it on to their members. Twitter is great for this if it's popular in your area (in my experience FB is still the social media choice in some rural areas).
