So i ordered a duvet of the internet, it cost £80 and i was disappointed to find it was flat as a pancake!

So can any duvet experts point me in the direction of a big fluffy duvet (super king)

thank you 🙂

Daveydown. On line. Great service.

Discovered one in a smart hotel some years ago, loved it, been using them since.

Best thing we bought, we ended up buying two (one summer and one winter)

We've got a combo job like this. About the same price as a set of budget forks, but used a lot more often! Just put the winter one on. Mmmm.

Yeah we got a down duvet (one with the summer/winter options) for our wedding ten years ago. It remains a lovely place to be. Along with the matching down pillows.

Mmmmm

For you...those that donated the down may not have the same opinion 🙂

As for the mattress thread - that's JL you'll be needing. Goose down combination one here.

Hadn't clocked the sourcing of down issue when we bought ours. John Lewis have got a good story on their sourcing. House of Emily are silent on the issue...

Don't even get me started on badger-hair shaving brushes...

They're wonderful!

It wasn't really animal welfare that made me try a wool duvet.

I just fancied trying one and as it is UK's historical bedding material thought I'd give them a go.

Doubt I'll swap back to down or synthetic now though.
