Isn't the bullitt mustang a '68 fastback? Had it changed by '70?

Edit, it's a GT 390, still a 68 though

My lottery-win stable would include a 365GT or a 512BB on the basis of the noise more than the looks. Plus we're on holiday with no wifi so no pics from me.

Money no object? 250 GT California, even though I would never drive it, just look at it.

I'd drive a BMW 635 CSi though, maybe not daily, but it would be fun on the odd day.

With a '63 birthday many of these I saw being launched. Early Quattro and Renault 5's in particular. 635 CSi I have driven a bit as my boss in NY had one and used to lend it to me for the weekend when he was away, frankly I was terrified of crashing it so just drove it from office to his apartment and parked it. Been a passenger in a Cosworth Sunbeam round bits of Thruxton (late '70's / early 80's I think), unofficially !

@BigG yes indeed would add this to the Citroen Van. Would love one of these, alawys check them over when I see one

Any of these would do.

http://www.classicandperformancecar.com/peugeot/205/5365/can-you-name-all-of-these-1980s-hot-hatches

8/10 by the way, and I only lived through a year and a half of the 80s.

9/10 on the 80's hot hatch quiz. Ironically, the only one I got wrong was one of the two that I actually owned. (the Renault 5) 😳

I know there's one on page 1, but (IMO) they need the four spoke RS alloys.

Jimjam wins I so lusted over one of those, was on the waiting list at Skip Browns for a decent one for ages, in faxt drove past there a couple of weeks ago and the dreams started again.

I ended up with a Midnight Blue Mk2 RS2000 with the full custom pack to which I added a 5 speed box, LSD, the oblig Billies, emerald head and twin 45's oh and of course the noisy pipe. I could get it up to valve bounce in 5th on a good road and of course almost sideways round any roundabout, oh fun times.

Awesome. I was about 6 Austin McHale took me for a spin in this one. Although I had my eyes closed for most of it.

In a strange way one of these. Stupidly quick 0-60 time. Remember seeing one for sale about 8 years back for £75k. Probably worth double or triple that now.

Have owned an SD1 and a Volvo 240 😀

From the above I'd love to have:

Ferrari F40
RS200
Muira
One of these as a daily driver:
