I have 2 connections at home. One for work and one for personal use. The work one is a BT line the personal is OGI full fibre. I can connect with (less) issues on the BT line but whenever I try and use the OGI connection I get a 403 error. I've tried several different systems (phone, tablet, Steamdeck, 3 laptops) and browsers and the same thing happens. It's the only site that it does it on though. Is this an STW issue or OGI?
Hi @fatbrad.
Can I ask you to send an email to us at tech-support@singletrackworld.com containing the IP address of your OGI broadband line. I'll check to see if it is in any of our banned IP addresses or if our web firewall is seeing you as malicous traffic.
Thanks and hopefully we'll get this resolved quickly.
I had a recent similar experience with my Hey!Broadband fibre. Could get to the apple front page, couldn't get to the web store behind it. It kept coming up page cannot be found (but still showing the apple boarder). Same on my phone when on the wifi, but on 4G it was fine. Work laptop not affected as it was VPN'd in.
I contacted the provider and they had a look and swapped the IP address I was sourced from, and its been fine since. I think these smaller providers are buying public IP ranges, and some may have been a bit less reputable shall we say?
I get the occasional 403 using Brave, but I do a refresh and the post is always there. It might just be my iPad needs a reboot to clear the cache occasionally; it does get used a lot without a shutdown.

Just attempted to post something useful for a change - in the "what's the point?" thread.
403 error every time. Chrome and Edge. 😐
