Placed an order with with them which has gone a bit tits up and delayed.
Spoke to customer services, I didn't realise they outsourced their work.
Any other people has hassle with them and any other places recommended to get blinds made?
Ta
used blinds 2 go without issue
what are you ordering?
Blinds 2 go here. About 10 days iirc from order to delivery.
Apollo Blinds always been spot on for us
Ordered 2 blackout roller blinds and will be ordering some Venetian blinds at some point this year.
Think I got samples from Blinds to go as well so will have another look at them cheers.
We used 247 blinds a couple of years ago - they were great.
Ordered several blinds from blinds2go over the years. Always been as ordered & delivered quickly.
I've not used 247 blinds.
we've had a few black out blinds from directblinds.co.uk
excellent service, no problems at all.
I always use 247 blinds and they've always been excellent.
Probably 12 sets in 4 different orders, latest 6 months ago.
Mostly Venetian, 1 roller. All perfect size and fast delivery.
Maybe I was just unlucky. The lass said the work is outsourced abroad and some pallets went missing from somewhere or other and mine must have been on those. Anyhow the replacement was made in the UK yesterday and should be here today, so a good response but still over a two week wait from order to delivery.
2 weeks doesn't really sound that long for that sort of thing.
Why aren't you buying locally made? (Not a criticism, just interested?).
Bunnyhop - my assumption is that a local company will typically be significantly more expensive than online, so I wouldn't normally consider a local company on this basis
I am just in the process of ordering online , there is Soo much Choice, i know this thread is a little old but who did you go with in the end.
