0.1kg up this week which has to be within the margin of error. But still not good.

I've extended the spreadsheet out to 16th June. I've added a new target column for the 1th of June, conditional formatting works off that column and the last weigh in for week 12.

Thanks for setting up round 2! i automatically weighed myself this morning without thinking, jumped for joy that i had gotten below 82kgs after my three week hiatus only to have that moment of deflation when i realised there was nowhere to log it.

The kitchen is done and we're back on real food, and as of tomorrow i'm back on scheduled running so hopefully i'll reach my original goal of 80kgs, then onto phase two!

Keep on keeping on and thanks for the motivation

Over 10 of us look like we're continuing. I've hidden the rows over people who haven't entered anything since mid Feb, if you want to restart you're still there, just need to unhide the row.

I'm hopeful I'll hit and stay at target this time around, a much more sensible looking calendar over the next few months should help.

Decided against it but I was tempted to knock a bit off my initial target as I'm closer going in this time than January however, knowing what it took to get below 80 I'm not sure I could genuinely hit and hold 79 without having to resort to less than sensible dieting so I'll just target shifting and keeping rid abs, should I manage to drop anything extra that'll be a brucey bonus.

Any intermittent fasters on here? Ive just finished my online programme - fitter, stronger and dropped 38 lbs. Now I need to work out how the rest of my life goes.

I'm contemplating intermitent fasting and avoiding sugary foods as a simple strategy going forward that's simple enough to handle my travelling lifestyle without being as prescriptive as the plan ive been on to lse the weight.

38lbs that's impreassive. I used IF in lockdown 1 and lost 16kg. Once I'd got to a decent weight, a new job & routine plus trying to find what do do as a replacement meant the weight crept back one. I struggled with the idea of permanent IF.

After 2 years of occasional IF with no result, I was recommended a nutritionist. Since mid Dec last year I've lost 11kg and am eating more- focusing on protein (I was woefully short on this before); plenty of veg and sensible carbs (would happily live on spuds/pasta). I'm also having mid morning & afternoon low calorie/high protein snacks to keep cravings away so I don't tuck into chocolate/biscuits. Up until Jan I was working at a chocolate factory- until I changed my eating I would gorge on the stuff but once I'd got into the swing of it, I could pass up on them easily.

Like you, I've cut the sugary food (biccies, even "healthy" muesli) especially processed meals with their hidden sugar.

Bugger - i've only just seen that it's carried on so didn't even bother weighing myself last week. I'll see what the scales say in the morning and log it down, but just miss a week ... slightly concerned about what i'll see having said that.

Same weight as when it finished originally two weeks ago - i'm more than happy with that considering what i've eaten/drunk in the meantime.

This Fridays weigh in is going to be hideous. I really went to town over the last 4 days.

Ooh, didn't realize you'd all decided to continue through the summer. I'm going for a massive push anyway to get my weight down and fitness back up ready for July so this'll be (hopefully!) an added incentive to not give up now the lighter evenings are back.

Ditto- Easter plus Daughters Birthday on Sunday meant eggs, meal out & cake.

Didn't post my weight on Friday as i wasn't online but i did weigh myself. interestingly i seem to be holding steady at circa 81.ish kgs even without the exercise routine i'd gotten into pre March. I think i'll have to adjust my summer goal as i may have gotten a bit carried away after the initial success but hopefully once i get back into regular running i'll see it drop off an get a better idea of how feasible it may be.

Just noticed we have a repeat of Fri 14th April but didn't want to touch anything as I am a menace with spreadsheets. Anyway a small drop for me after being good for 7 days in a row.

Half a kilo down, was another 0.2 lower on Thursday but that was most likely fluids.

I'm hovering around 77kg. I'll blame shift work for the extra food I eat during the longer days and the lack of cycle commuting to earn the extra food.

I have been ignoring this for the last couple of weeks as I had the dirty Reiver last week so wanted to avoid going in with any kind of calorie deficit.

After a few weeks of eating whatever I want I am at 80.1 which is pretty good for me.

After a couple of days recovery I am back in trying to have a 12 hour gap between dinner and breakfast and generally watching my intake.

Got a 200mile role in 2 months so be good to be well under 80 for that!

I think I have found my super power. I can put weight on without even trying. 1800cals per day with 2 lapses of 2500 cals, exercise 5 times week and I have reached a number above that which I startedin Feb. Maybe I am pregnant........

Been a rubbish 3 weeks, no exercise and diet has gone to pot although when I did weigh myself this week I don't actually seem to have put weight back on.

I really need the weather to improve to get my mojo back, it's still sub 10 degrees and miserable here, like the middle of winter.

Still hovering around the 82 mark, but i can't complain as all exercise has gone out the window over the last month or so.

Jumped up to 84.1 this week, partly due to lack of exercise but also had a big meal out with a friend last night. Knew it was going to be a bad one as I got back home after the meal and had put in 2kg since the morning! Lost 0.75 overnight though so hopefully it'll drop off quickly. Hoping to get a lot of exercise done this weekend and will try to avoid any treats floating around as best I can.

I weighed myself yesterday, after a bike ride and I was down to 76.4, probably dehydration. I'll hop on the scales tomorrow morning for a truer figure.

Holy diet fatigue... I've been CICO since start of the year so four months now, done fairly OK and lost 9.8kg in that time so nothing dramatic, but have really hit a wall these last few weeks and my energy levels feel through the floor and it's becoming mega hard to resist cravings.

I'm not even denying myself takeaways and social eating here and there, and my calorie deficit is fairly modest, so it's not like I'm being overly restrictive.

Still in the high to mid 81's even though I've busted my ankle and have been sedentary for the last week. I'm hoping I can get back out there and put the miles in over the next few weeks, I'm determined to get to 80kgs by the deadline even if it means cutting off a limb...or rigging the scales which seems a less drastic approach to take.

A slight drop but nowhere near what I expected to see. Haven't really shifted anything this week even though I've been doing short evening rides and eating less. Doesn't bode well for the next fortnight as I'm busy with lots of social stuff and a week off so little time for eating carefully or riding.

Down 0.8kg since last weigh in (two weeks ago) despite being away for half term and eaten/drunk crap all week. I’ll take that as a result…

Over the last week I've been hovering around 75kg which is good considering I'm not doing much cycling. I am on the summer salad food for meals and not drinking much booze due to work shifts. I'll weigh in shortly...

Not far off 6kg down so far, and I'm less than 1kg off target so of course this coincides with meeting up with friends this evening for beer & curry!

Looks like i'm stuck at 81kgs without a massive change in lifestyle/effort. I'm happy i've dropped form 89kgs to a smidge over my target though and hopefully can maintain the 81kgs easily enough going forward. I need to up my running a bit more as it's dropped a tad lately due to yet another injury so maybe just maybe i'll get to 80kgs by the end of summer

Up slightly this week, despite doing a nightshift (with inevitable consequent eating of crap) and inadvertent double cheeseburger yesterday (meant to order a single)...

7ish kg down since i started.. although past few weeks seem to be fluctuating around the 76kg mark

positive side is, my riding is through the roof, climbing is really good, partially to be expected i guess.. but my descents seem better too... got no idea

strangely, my app on my phone reckons i should be around 66kg which I'm unsure about.. but its become a small goal to push it down and see how i feel about it, without getting into ridiculous dieting

I weighed in this morning at 75.5kg. I haven't been out on my bike for a good while, work, diy and days out getting in the way of bike rides. I'm putting in a good effort with my food choices so that is countering the lack of biking and exercise.

I didn't realise this was still going - it was good at helping me target weight loss this year.
I managed to hit my target weight on 7th July and have since put a bit of weight back on so I've just updated a new target weight now as we are off on holidays in September.
