Up to 81kg!! What's even more annoying is it comes at the end of a solid week of exercise, including two big rides that burned a massive amount of calories. Either I've massively over eaten to compensate or something else is going on. Feeling the best I've felt for a while though and my clothes are not tight like they were back around Christmas so hopefully it's just a blip.

Weight has finally dipped under the 80kg, I'll try to keep it heading down the way.

Hit target but then bounced back up and have not been all that conscientious. Might still make target (again) by 7 May tho!

Down this week by 1kg. Doing a bit more riding so hopefully a trend that continue.
Don't think I will be making my target but will keep trying.

Down 500g this week, happy with that after going backwards over Easter, 7kg since Christmas. Just done my local road loop in the hard direction at sub 45 minutes, started at 1hr 10 so fitness is massively improved. Another kilo and BMI will be back below 30, second milestone after losing a stone.

After a long struggle I’m finally back on track. 1KG lost last week and 2KG this week. Still a long way from where I was last July though.

Flatlining for weeks. TBH not be constraining my diet so not surprised despite increased exercise. So I will consciously reduce calories next wee see what that does

Exactly the same this week! Still within Cal's, done more exercise! Maybe a whoosh to come?

Dropped 0.4kg this week, so now only 0.6kg up on my start weight 🙄

Hopefully manage to finish without a gain, god knows what my weight would be like otherwise!

Weigh in later for me, think it will be a further modest reduction (I use a 7 day average and the weekends always screw it up). Still definitely downwards though. Fitness and strength levels are best they've ever been, smashed by exercise PB this week, matched another on the bike I haven't got close to in years. Had a gentle session on the exercise bike last night and still smashed it.

Still a kg up on target bit let's see if next week can bring a leaner me.
I have just finished off the Xmas chocolate so that's one temptation gone I guess!

So disappointed that I didn't do better but I'm coming down slowly and new target is to get to my target weight by the end of summer. Lost 2kg in a pretty stressful time in all our lifes. So I'll keep going.

Can we extend Chub Club for a few more months? I would have liked a new target date to work to for early July, but even if I stay the same weight I’m pretty sure logging every Friday will really help me to maintain.

Or do we need a new summer “Summer Chub Club”

Thoughts anyone ?

I'm up for a continuation, flat lined a bit for the last month but importantly haven't stopped the exercise or put weight back on. I will be continuing to lose weight, realistically it'll be this time next year for me if I ever get to my true goal weight.

I'm up for a continuation - don't want to lose much more, but the discipline of having to put a number in a spreadsheet every week should help me not gain back!

"Summer Chubb Club" definitely gets my vote. I haven't lost as much as I wanted, but logging a weight every week will give a bit more of a motivational kick up the backside to keep going.
Well done to all who've kept going.

I'd be up for a bit more Chubb club, got waylaid by a knee injury after a good start to the year. Just coming out the other end hopefully so planning to get back on the wagon for a planned cycle event in August.

Folks...there WILL be a summer Chub Club 🙂 Give me a few days and I will set up a new Summer Chub Club, it will be a 10 weeker this time. Only right we have another one with lockdown over and the weather better now. I will title the new thread as "Summer Chub Club".

Top marks to "Frankers".... The winner of the last Chub Club, very impressive weight loss there!
