Hi Folks,

Two questions in relation to physio provision. I have been prescribed physio following an RTC in 2022. I can ride a bike but struggling with return to running and skiing.

1. Can anyone recommend a good lower limb physio in MidSussex/Brighton and Hove who can help get me running again, but also understands cycling

2. Has anyone had physio through 3D Rehabilitation who are a service provider who work alongside insurance and accident claims. Their trustpilot reviews are not great - but very few of them. Not sure that they provide a list of physios i can select from

TIA

SusEpic

I used "kevin Hall physiotherapy" - he's near Hove park and was really good for a hip issue I had.

in my understanding 3dRehab are basically a middleman, who appoint local physios to do the work and get their cut.

ask them to offer alternatives and research them

BodyRehab in Hove tends to be the one that the local running community use. Def worth contacting them.

Thanks folks, I'll have a look at Kevin Hall and BodyRehab.
I'll push to get a list of who 3D have on their books.
