Happy to pay towards handset
Need 2000mins per month
Data allowance important too.

Fairly simple i think and I want to pay between £30-40 a month.....
Tesco have a great deal at £40 month and no fee for the phone but want you to commit to a 2 year contract.

I think Vodafone were the only ones offering 12 month contracts on the 4s, this was a few months ago though.

12 months with O2 but you have to be a customer already
