100,000kg of gold and platinum, surely that's going to absolutely **** the power to weight ratio, I doubt you'll ever see it flying across the ocean as in the pic above!

Utter tosh. 100 tonnes of gold is about half a year's global output. I've not seen anything from the City analysts telling me that the reason for the gold price rise is not, after all, a flight from bonds, but is, in fact a supply:demand imbalance driven by a wannabe Bond villain.

At current prices that's over $5bn....the mythical 'Far Eastern billionaire' would have to have sunk every penny of his earnings into just the gold.

Really, really likely.

Good on him, obviously there's enough people out there to fill a niche previously occupied by the Vatican.

On the other hand, his website's a mess, and needs to be proofread by someone with more than a passing grasp of English.
His 'business opportunities' sound like an enticement to participate in a pyramid selling scheme.

I thought this was going to be about the work they're doing to widen the M25.

"Therefore any possible sediment in it indicates only the naturalness of the product."

He should learn to write like an adult before trying to sell a bottle of cum swilled piss to the public for 27 LARGE.

Utter tosh. 100 tonnes of gold is about half a year's global output.

Global mining of gold alone is about 2500 tonnes.

indeed he has, also being reported in Oz and Malaysia as well... good find pjt201, thought it all sounded a bit too ludicrous, even for the mega-rich!

100 tonnes?? Wouldn't have thought the whole thing would weigh much more than that... how long is it?

looks like the Pic is 'shopped anyway. Look at the water-line - no spray between the hull and the wake.

ETA - looking at the pics - maybe 6m+ wide (perhaps a little more? 30-40m long?

What is the price going to be?
oh, i forgot to mention it was square miles not meters he was to supply gold for. I'm going to be rich!

If the buyer ropes and rapes the country s/he can afford to buy even a gold rocket to the moon.
